How it works
Every trip follows the same path, and each step picks up where the last one left off.
The passenger requests a trip in the app or on the booking site, or your office enters it in ChauffeurHQ Office: pickup, drop-off, stops, passengers, flight details and notes.
You assign the job to a driver and vehicle. The driver gets a push notification, and again if anything changes or the job is cancelled.
The driver completes the safety check and updates the job as it goes. The office and the passenger follow the car on a live map.
The finished trip goes onto an invoice, with PDF and CSV output, MYOB AccountRight sync, and revenue and Department of Transport reports.
Security & privacy
You're responsible for your customers' bookings and your drivers' records. ChauffeurHQ is built to keep them private. The Privacy Policy has the full details.
Each operator's data is kept apart. One chauffeur company can never see another's customers, drivers or bookings.
Passengers, drivers, managers and administrators each see only what their role needs. One account works across every ChauffeurHQ app.
The main database and application servers run on Microsoft Azure in Sydney.
The driver app shares location only while the driver has tracking on for a job. Only the latest position is kept, and it's deleted when the job ends.
The apps contain no advertising and no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Personal information is never sold.
Passengers and drivers can delete their own account from inside the app. Your trip and invoice records stay with you, with their name removed.

No. They can book at the ChauffeurHQ Booking site in any browser, or use the ChauffeurHQ app on Android. You invite your customers, and your website can link to the booking site with your company name shown.
ChauffeurHQ integrates with MYOB AccountRight, exchanging invoice and customer data with your MYOB account. Invoices and reports can also be exported as PDF and CSV.
Yes. ChauffeurHQ Office includes revenue and Department of Transport reporting, built from the trips you've already recorded. You should still check reports before you submit them.
No. Tracking is on only while a driver has turned it on for a job, and it stops when they turn it off or the job no longer needs it. No location history is kept.
