What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you enter in the form:
- your name and email address
- your company name, if you add it
- the topic you choose and your message
Please don't include sensitive information, such as passwords or health or financial details, in your message.
How it reaches us
The form sends your enquiry to our inbox as an email, using Microsoft Azure Communication Services. The website doesn't save your enquiry in a database.
If the form can't send, it opens your own email app with the message filled in. In that case you send it to us yourself, like any other email.
How we use it
- We use your details to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.
- We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.
- We don't sell or share your details, except with the providers that deliver and store our email.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your device's IP address when the page loads. Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, may keep standard technical logs to run and secure the website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep them with our business records for as long as the law requires.
Access, correction and deletion
Email info@beewest.au to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your enquiry deleted. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first and we'll try to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
